Job Purpose

Support Personnel Activities: crew change, accommodation, transfer of personnel and follow up of the associated requests.

Job Description

Support Personnel logistics for onshore & offshore crew;

Keep track of personnel movements requests (roster);

Coordinate relationships with local Agent for hotel booking, meet & greet at airport /port;

Assist in Transportation arrangements (incl crew boat, vehicles fleet);

Report any arising problems or complaints to the Logistics Management Team;

Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements

Location: Pemba, Mozambique

Rotation basis : 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off

You Are Meant For This Job If

Prior experience in the oil & gas industry is a plus +/- 3 years of experience in same position Ability to work in a dynamic and complex environment on a large-scale Project Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Proficiency in logistics software and tools (Pack office) English skills are mandatory
